Join us for a powerful journey as we learn to befriend our Grief.
We will explore different creative expressions such as sacred circle, movement, meditation, Breathwork, art process, journaling and sharing to help move and release blocked energy and emotions.

Arising out of his personal experience of hundreds of deaths Stephen’s heart passion and life energy are focused on changing the conversation we have about death from one of fear and denial to one of embrace and inspiration. Reverend Garrett is dedicated to reframing our approach to death and grief to an Inspirational Teacher.
