This event will guide you through powerful breathwork techniques, movement, sharing and an art process to help you express and walk along side your grief in a safe and supportive environment. Arising out of his personal experience of hundreds of deaths Stephen’s heart passion and life energy are focused on changing the conversation we have about death from one of fear and denial to one of embrace and inspiration. Reverend Garrett is dedicated to reframing our approach to death and grief to an Inspirational Teacher.
