In this one day workshop, you will find your inner warrior by connecting to breath and body through specialized guided * breathing techniques and yoga. We will explore and challenge fears through mindset and cold exposure - ICE BATH!
This fundamental WHM workshop is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners of the Wim Hof Method.
* Workshop is lead by certified WHM instructor Vincent Krauss.
Yoga guided by RYT Leanna Krauss.
- Yoga mat
- Thong sandals
- Warm Clothes (sweatpants, hoodie, etc)
- Snack (light)
- Good Attitude. Open Mind
Thong sandals and warm clothes are recommended for after the ice bath. Please feel free to bring any items that will allow you to feel comfortable during the workshop - meditation pillow etc.
If you have an item (jewelry, photo, trinket) that you would like to charge with the group's energy, please bring it along to add to the altar.
