 r space now via the booking button ($40) or a sliding scale is available $
 25-$40 cash at the door.  Space is limited.  Please arrive early to claim 
 your space. Temple doors open 15 minutes prior to the session.\n\nJoin us 
 for this 2 hour in person event on beautiful Salt Spring Island\, where we
  will dive deep into the power of our Breath. We will begin with some gent
 le Chi Gong to bring us home to our body and help us start to bring awaren
 ess to our breath. Then\, using the profound tools of Conscious Connected 
 Breathwork and sound healing we can begin to heal deep trauma\, revitalize
  our minds and bodies\, gain clarity and insight\, and begin to orient our
 selves towards healing and transformation in the midst of the storm.\n\nWh
 en the body and heart feel safe\, the breath can begin to unlock and unwin
 d us\, creating space to release and clear anything that no longer serves 
 us.\n\nIt is a solitary journey that we do together. You are welcome here.
 \n\nNo previous experience necessary. Come as you are!\n\nWhat to Bring:\n
 \n 	Please dress warm and in layers. Breathwork can be very cooling\n 	Yog
 a mat/or foam mat for the floor\, blanket and pillow\n 	Water bottle\n 	Jo
 urnal (optional)\n 	An open and willing heart!\n 	*Best not to eat for at 
 least 2 hours before the session\n\nBreathwork Contraindications:\n\nBreat
 hwork may not be for you if you have severe cardiovascular disorders such 
 as uncontrolled high blood pressure/hypertension\, aneurysms\, history of 
 heart attacks\, myocarditis\, atrial fibrillation\, advanced kidney diseas
 e and diabetes\, contagious respiratory diseases\, severe psychological im
 balances like schizophrenia\, psychotic breaks or severs PTSD\, detached r
 etina and glaucoma.\n\nFacilitated by Amber and Rudy Hexter\n\nAmber has s
 pent almost 20 years immersed in the practice of Breathwork. She is a Cert
 ified Shamanic Minister\, and is trained in many Breathwork modalities. De
 dicated to sharing the profound medicine of Breathwork with those willing 
 to undertake the courageous journey of self-discovery\, she brings her exp
 erience of ceremony and sacred medicine circle to her services. Amber offe
