What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an ‘active meditation’, that gives us the opportunity to go within ourselves and find out the truth of who we are. In a safe space, with eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and inner healing intelligence to guide the process.
With courage, we peel off the layers of stress and hurt making more space in our mental and emotional bodies, as we learn to live more freely.
We transform our darkness into light, and break the habits of the unconscious mind!
In this meditation, we use the tools of conscious connected breath and sound healing to bring us to higher planes of consciousness, to remember and connect us back to our essential nature, and bring inspiration into our daily lives.
No previous training or experience necessary.
