Breathwork is an active meditation, that gives us the opportunity to go within ourselves and find the truth of who we are. With courage, we peel off the layers of stress and hurt making more space in our mental and emotional bodies, and we learn to live more freely.
In a safe space, with the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and inner healing intelligence to guide the process.
We transform our darkness into light, and break the habits of the unconscious mind!
In this meditation, we use the tools of Conscious Connected Breath and Sound Healing to bring us to higher planes of consciousness, to remember and connect us back to our essential nature, and bring inspiration and clarity into our daily lives.
The breather’s journey will be supported in a safe and sacred environment. Tools that may be used are music, affirmations, enquiry, applied movement, bodywork, energy work, toning and sound healing, intentions and invocations.

On a Physical level breath is our primary source of energy, detoxification, and connection to Life. A medical study on diaphragmatic breathing showed that deep breathing leads to as much as 15 times the normal amount of toxin elimination in the body.
Deep abdominal breathing also stimulates and refreshes the internal organs through massage and through increased cardiovascular circulation, as well as, creating a well circulating lymphatic system which produces a cellular environment that is considered to be ‘anti-cancer’.
Mental and Emotionally, research has verified what yogis have known about breath for a millennium. Deep breathing changes our attitude, perception, and stress level. It tends to shift our bodymind state toward the positive end of the spectrum of experiences – often to the point of opening into blissful euphoric states.
Spiritually, breath has the potential for us to directly encounter mystical experience, non-ordinary insight and cosmic consciousness. It helps to attune us to Source and to remember our essential nature.
